Business ethics involve applying moral values in business, which is becoming increasingly important due to a growing awareness of the need for responsible business practices. In today’s world, crisis management is crucial due to many challenges, and management ethics, trust, organizational culture, and social responsibility play a significant role in making the right decisions and maintaining reputation. Ethics in business helps build trust among stakeholders, prevents illegal actions, motivates employees, and contributes to the long-term value of the company. Companies that adhere to ethical standards enjoy a better reputation and a competitive advantage because they demonstrate responsibility and integrity, which is increasingly valued by society. Given the growing importance of ethical norms, this paper examines the views of students from the Faculty of Economics on the role of business ethics and its impact on decision-making during crises. Survey results show that ethical approaches in crisis situations improve crisis management, strengthen stakeholder trust, and maintain the organization’s reputation. Ethics is not just an addition to business; it is a key element of crisis management that reduces negative impacts, strengthens relationships, and stabilizes market position, ensuring long-term success and stakeholder trust.
