The topic of this research was to examine the differences in crisis management during the Covid-19 crisis in different sectors of the economy in the Croatian market. This Master thesis examined the aspects of the respondents’ organizations that were most affected by the pandemic, a crisis plan as a prevention measure against unplanned events, and a pre-defined team of people that can adequately respond to the crisis. Furthermore, this research also examined the measures taken by the organizations to prevent further spread of the virus, the preparedness of leaders for the Covid-19 crisis, and the relationship of leaders and teams within the organization to their employees, the so-called leader-follower relationship. The Internet survey questionnaire, which served as a method for conducting the research, was distributed to the respondents via social networks and e-mail. Eighty-one respondents completed this anonymous survey questionnaire. By analyzing the research results, it was found that the respondents were quite satisfied with the reaction of their leaders to the current coronavirus crisis and that the organizations in which respondents work were resourceful in the crisis they encountered
