Sažetak | Startup je novoosnovano poduzeće usmjereno na stvaranje inovativnih proizvoda i usluga, a rezultat je kreativnih poduzetničkih ideja. Poslovni model je skalabilan. Startup je tvrtka dizajnirana za vrlo brzi rast bez geografskih ograničenja. Jasno strateško planiranje i vođenje procesa poslovanja omogućuje postizanje nekoliko ciljeva istovremeno, omogućavajući sazrijevanje poslovne ideje. Startupi, zbog dinamičnosti, tima stručnjaka, tehnologije i inovativnosti, otpori su na izazove s kojima se susreću. Uz navedeno, bez izvora financiranja ne bi mogli rasti i razvijati se te realizirati svoje poduzetničke ideje. Cilj ovog istraživanja je kroz metodu analize, sinteze i kompilacije primarnih i sekundarnih podataka doći do zaključka bitnosti financiranja za razvoj startupa Talent Class. Talent Class je platforma koja putem e-učenja pruža gurmanima i profesionalnim kuharima edukaciju o gastronomiji sa šefovima kuhinja najboljih restorana na svijetu. Povijesnom analizom i glavnim značajkama dobiva se uvid u startup Talent Class od trenutka osnivanja. Za detaljnu analizu potrebno je bilo opisati proizvod koji pruža na tržištu te njegovu konkurentsku prednost. Business Model Canvas objašnjava glavne segmente, a to su segment kupaca i odnosi s njima, vrijednost ponude, kanali komunikacije, struktura troškova i prihoda, ključni resursi, aktivnosti i partneri. Financijski izvještaji kod Talent Class-a nisu dovoljno relevantni jer ne prikazuju njegov realnu moć na tržištu koju prikazuju ključni pokazatelji uspješnosti. Neki od njih su visoka razina zadovoljstva klijenata, rast prodaje, rast povrata ulaganja na oglašavanje. Pokazuju da
je poduzeće likvidno te da nije zaduženo, ali isto tako nije profitabilno. To je logično za očekivati jer se nalazi u sjemenoj fazi u kojoj se većinom posluje s gubitkom. Najvažnije su etape financiranja gdje se vidi napredak Talent Class-a od financiranja putem bootstrapping-a pa sve do venture capital fondova, crowdfunding-a i pronalaska poslovnih anđela. U 2,5 godine Talent Class značajno napreduje i razvija se sve više do krajnjeg cilja, a to je da postane unicorn i sudjeluje u IPO (javna ponuda dionica). Rastući trendovi današnjice idu u prilog dodatnom rastu, a to su rast gastronomije i e-učenja. Također gospodarstvo pokreću startupi pa će se u budućnosti sve više ulagati u njih što je pozitivna činjenica za Talent Class. Snage i prilike nadmašuju slabosti i prijetnje stoga se procjenjuje do 2027. zauzimanje većeg tržišno udjela, rast prihoda i rast kapitala. |
Sažetak (engleski) | A start-up is a new established company focused on the creation of innovative products and services, and is the result of creative entrepreneurial ideas. The business model is scalable. A start-up is a company designed for very fast growth without geographical limitations. Strategic management of the business process enables the achievement of several goals at the same time, enabling the maturing of the business idea. Due to their dynamism, team of experts, technology and innovation, they are resistant to the challenges they face. In addition to the above, without sources of financing they would not be able to grow and develop and realize their entrepreneurial ideas. The aim of this research is to come to the conclusion of the importance of financing for the development of the Talent Class start-up through the method of analysis, synthesis and compilation of primary and secondary data. Talent Class is a platform that, through e-learning, provides gourmets and professional chefs with education about gastronomy with the chefs of the best restaurants in the world. Historical analysis and main features provide an insight into the Talent Class start-up since its inception. For a detailed analysis, it was necessary to describe the product it provides on the market and its competitive advantage. The Business Model Canvas explains the main segments, namely customer segment and relationships with them, value proposition, communication channels, cost and revenue structure, key resources, activities and partners. The financial statements of Talent Class are not relevant enough because they do not show its real power in the market which is shown by the key performance indicators. Some of them are high level of client satisfaction, sales growth, growth in return on advertising investment. They show that the company is liquid and that it is not in debt, but it is also not profitable. This is logical to expect because it is in the seed stage where most of the business is at a loss. The most important stages of financing are where it is possible to see the progress of Talent Class from financing through bootstrapping all the way to venture capital funds, crowdfunding and finding business angels. In 2.5 years, Talent Class has made significant progress and is developing stronger towards the ultimate goal, which is to become a unicorn and an IPO (initial public offering). Today's growing trends are only in favor of additional growth, namely the growth of gastronomy and e-learning. The economy also drives startups, so in the future more will be invested in them, which is a positive fact for the Talent Class. Strengths and opportunities outweigh weaknesses and threats, therefore, it is estimated that by 2027, the capture of a bigger market share, revenue growth and capital growth will be achieved. |
