This thesis examines the relationship between individual perceptions of the organizational climate and job satisfaction in organizations in the Republic of Croatia. Theoretical part of the paper provides conceptual definitions of organizational climate and job satisfaction, with an emphasis on the fundamental elements and types of organizational climate and its measurement. In the context of job satisfaction, basic theories of job satisfaction and factors influencing job satisfaction are highlighted. The conducted research showed that the respondents are satisfied with the working conditions and the praise they receive for a job well done and generally, how their sense of achievement at work is valued. Problematic questions regarding job satisfaction refer to the relationships between salary and amount of work and the opportunity for advancement at work. The respondents are not satisfied with how much they are paid in relation to their efforts and believe that they should be given more opportunities to advance their work. The result of the research regarding the organizational climate show that the respondents know their priorities at work, they know exactly what is expected from them and they know what most people in the company do. Respondents in the research state that the problematic topics considering organizational climate are related to salaries and adequate reward system. Most of them believe that the needs of workers are not always met and that they feel pressure at work. At the end of the paper, a comprehensive conclusion is made.
