Aim of the study: to examine the physical activity of physiotherapy students at the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Health in Osijek, dislocated study in Orahovica. The specific objectives are: to investigate the physical activity of physiotherapy students at the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Health in Orahovica according to the MET value, to examine the relationship between socio-demographic characteristics and MET, to examine the relationship between MET and gender, residence, income and year of study . Subjects and methods: 125 persons were interviewed at the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Health in Orahovica, at the undergraduate and graduate study of Physiotherapy. The median age is 22, with a 95% confidence interval from 21 to 22. A socio-demographic questionnaire and a short form of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) were used. Results: 38 (30%) male and 87 (70%) female respondents participated in the study. The results of the research showed that 74.5% of physiotherapy students on a weekly level have high-intensity physical activity, 10.2% moderate and 6.6% low level of physical activity according to the MET value. Conclusion: Undergraduate and graduate students of Physiotherapy are extremely physically active. It has been shown that the association between socio-demographic characteristics and MET exists in some cases, while it does not exist in some. The association between MET and gender exists because male respondents achieve a statistically higher level of MET. The connection between the MET and the place of residence, the mode of income of that year of study does not exist, thus the difference in the values of the MET is not statistically significant.
