Speech is a series of impulses of different duration, amplitudes and distances and articulate voice is the speech that carries information. A basic characteristic of speech signal that discriminates it from the rest of acoustic signal is the content of the information it carries. Besides linguistic information, the speech signal contains a variety of nonlinguistic information from which a listener can get a great deal of information that is not contained in the linguistic information, such as: gender, speaker's age, intentions, a psychological state, and situation the speaker is in; an emotional state of the speaker; surrounding the speaker is in, etc. People’s coding and decoding of nonlinquistical speech attributes is usually subconscious with an enhanced psychological element and it brings spontaneousness, more information and beauty of speech act into the speech communication. Therefore, these attributes are extremely important within the human-machine speech communication. Emotions are definitely one of the most important nonlinguisticalal speech attributes. Each speaker’s emotion forms vocal chords and vocal system that is acoustically shown through variations of the speech signal parameters. Exploration in this work was planned and done through the general speech communication analysis, and also through the analysis of the speech signal and variation of its acoustic parameters under influence of external factors that effect on nonlinguisticalal speech attributes change. The main problem is to define the parameters that create certain illusions in a speech signal, namely to define correlations between non-linguistic speech attributes and measurable variations of speech signal parameters. Defining and valuation of the parameters that are relevant for recognizing nonlinguistical speech attributes is the newest element of research in speech scientific discipline and also qualitative improvement in speech technologies. It is clear that we are at the beginning of the process of research of the one complex scientific field that will open a lot of new segments in many scientific disciplines.
