Pedagogical management is a specialized field in education. It encompasses the management, leadership, development, and organization of the processes of education and upbringing. The roles of principals and educators stand out in the implementation of pedagogical management. With their competencies, they influence the direction of the school's development and its functioning. Given their significance, mutual collaboration is key to achieving better results and transforming the institution they work in into a positive and motivating environment for students as well as all employees. The aim of this master's thesis was to present educators' attitudes toward the implementation of pedagogical management in the institutions they work in, and to demonstrate the extent of their collaboration with principals. Educators from various institutions across Croatia participated in the research. A survey questionnaire was conducted to assess satisfaction with the implementation of pedagogical management and the participants' collaboration with principals. The results indicated that there were no differences based on educators' length of work experience or their workplace location. Educators expressed moderate satisfaction with the implementation of pedagogical management in their workplaces, and a significant collaboration with principals in its implementation.
