The analysis of the features of mobbing - abuse in the workplace deeply investigates the phenomenon of mobbing as a complex form of violent behavior that manifests itself through various forms of aggression, such as verbal abuse, social exclusion, threats and the use of power to harass an individual or group. This research highlights how mobbing has deep roots in organizational culture and how it can have a negative impact not only on the individual who is the victim, but also on the general productivity, morale and working atmosphere of the organization. The consequences of mobbing have been shown to be multiple and serious, including emotional and physical stress, anxiety, depression and burnout in victims. The analysis further considers how individual characteristics and organizational factors, such as work-related stress and poor communication, contribute to the emergence and perpetuation of mobbing. The study also highlights the importance of a comprehensive approach to solving the problem of mobbing, which includes the development of policies and procedures for prevention, as well as providing support and protection to victims. The role of the legal framework and institutional support in protecting the rights of victims in the workplace is particularly emphasized. Through the analysis, it became clear that cooperation, education and change of organizational culture are key elements in the fight against mobbing. In conclusion, the study calls for joint efforts by employees, managers and society as a whole to create a healthier and safer work environment that promotes the growth, development and well-being of all staff members.
