This paper presents an aircraft for emergency medical delivery of human organs with ability of vertical take-off and landing and transition to horizontal flight. Based on similar aircraft, requirements and desired objectives the aircraft configuration is selected and preliminary dimensions are calculated. Some of the interesting performance for VTOL flight phase, such as hovering and climbing speed are calculated to justify the choice of propulsion group. Analysis are performed for a horizontal flight in which two operating points are observed. Aerodynamic characteristics of the aircraft are analyzed by the panel and VLM method which will be needed in this paper. The analysis of the static stability of the aircraft determined the final position of the tail, which concludes designing. The calculation of dynamic longitudinal and lateral stability is performed using linearized 6DOF model, and system and control matrices are obtained which will be important in further analysis. Approximations of individual modes of longitudinal and lateral motion are also calculated. Based on the results of dynamic stability, the stabilization systems of longitudinal and lateral motion are analyzed, and the values of feedback gain for individual systems are determined. Aircraft position control system for different aircraft speed and masses is also presented and analyzed, as well as the values of feedback gains in the horizontal flight.
