Different leadership styles often have a significant impact on employee satisfaction within an organization. This research is aimed at analyzing how the chosen leadership style affects employee satisfaction and productivity, which is based on the subjective opinions of respondents, i.e., employees, and how organizations can improve their operations through appropriate leadership approaches. The conducted empirical research aimed to identify dominant leadership styles within a specific organization and analyze their impact on employee satisfaction and productivity, i.e., respondents. The research results indicate a significant influence of leadership style on employee performance and satisfaction. The research confirmed that the choice of a specific leadership style can have a positive impact on productivity and overall employee satisfaction. This research also highlighted that most organizations have the potential for improvement through the application of appropriate leadership styles. The importance of adapting leadership style to specific situations and the needs of employees to achieve the best results in organizations is emphasized. This paper provides valuable insights into the role of leadership in the context of organizations and encourages further thinking on how to better utilize different leadership styles to increase employee productivity and satisfaction.
