Depending on the age of the family, strength, duration and localization differ. The main goals of the study were to determine that the age group decides on epidural analgesia, to find out the effect of epidural analgesia on the completion of delivery between the first and the third, to determine the duration of the birth between the first and the multiple who had epidural analgesia and compared the values of the new born Apagar between the first and the second. We analyzed data from the archives ofthe Clinical Hospital Center Rijeka (IBIS and protocol) in maternity clinics that received epidural analgesia at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics during the period from January 1, 2017 to March 1, 2018. This researche stablished a later age for first-flock families with epidural analgesia. The duration of birth between the first and the multiplex with epidural analgesia is not significantly different, this is a 2-hour difference. The completion of postpartum between the first and the multiplex with epidural analgesia varies considerablyine pisiotomy, break down of the soft delivery line, vacuum and vaginal delivery without consequences. The values of Apgar a in mothers' new born sand mothers did not differ significantly. Epidural analgesiais a good pain reliever but may depend on the mode of delivery of birth between the transfusion and the multiple.
