In this final paper it will be described and shown how technical documentation that is necessary and is created during the process of construction effects and dictates the process of constructing a building. From describing the participants in the prebuilding and building processes such as the investor, designers, actual construction workers and the revisitory bodies all the way to the documentation itself that is needed for each step to be completed. After the participants and the types of permits that are shown in the first two chapters, more will be said about the types of documents themselves in their own respective subchapters. In each of them it is described what the document iis, how it is obtained and what it provides for the building process and the building itself after construction has concluded. Using online services such as „eCitizen“ and „ePermit“ and the croatian legislative system, all the conditions which have to be met have been derscribed. It is also described how the postconstruction revision and technical tests are made and what it means for the finished building and what the permit types are that need to be obtained for a building to be put into use. For the laws and articles themselves, they are used in an argumentative way to back the purpose of this paper and have mostly been taken from the original, unedited version of the published law.
