In this diploma thesis, the possibility of adapting the port of Trget to the planned increase in sea level is discussed. The strategy is to deal with rising sea levels in a way to protect the coastal area - unclassified roads and settlement facilities, with minimal withdrawal to land or demolition of facilities along the coast. The research of works, studies and studies, as well as field research, established the reference data on the basis of which the solution for the adaptation of the port of Trget was made. The construction of a new coastal wall of larger dimensions is planned, which would achieve the protection of existing facilities at the location of the existing port. After determining the heights of incoming waves, increasing sea level, sea depth and transverse profiles, we started sizing the coastal wall according to Eurocode 7 and Eurocode 8. The newly designed coastal wall would be at an elevation of +1.90 m while the existing one is at +1.0 m. The coastal wall consists of 3 concrete blocks with an individual height of 1.1 m, a total height of 3.3 m. The coastal wall was checked for stability and overturning, as well as sliding in the budget combinations according to EC7 and EC8. The paper prepares an approximate cost estimate of works and the amount of port adjustment. At the end of the paper, the initial and projected state of the port-situation, crosssections and the characteristic cross-section of the new coastal wall are graphically presented.
