The topic of this thesis is to give a conceptual design for the drainage of sanitary waste waters for the settlement of Poličnik which is located in the Municipality of Poličnik near the City of Zadar. Also the goal of this thesis is to estimate the extent and amount of work and the amount of necessary funds needed to fund this project. In preparing of this thesis to the provisions given by the Spacial Plan of the Municipality Poličnik were complied, as well as the rules for the design of drainage systems. In the introductory part is given general description of sewers and the individual parts which are contained from. Also it is talked about the lack of public drainage system in the Municipality of Poličnik and about the existing wastewater treatment plant Zadar where all the wastewaters will be directed to. Main part of this thesis contains the description of given conceptual design, hydraulic and structural analysis of the pipes, graphic part and the estimation of construction cost for the whole systems; taking into account the necessary materials, work and transport costs. The final part of this thesis gives conclusions concerning the conceptual design, as well the problems on the development of sewage system for the Municipality of Poličnik. At the end is given literature that was used for the preparation of this final work, and graphical solutions for the part of sewerage system.
