The purpose of this research is the analysis of situation efficiency in the reception phase of elite female volleyball players. Situation efficiency has a significant place in the field of scientific research and as the main indicator of technical and tactical capabilities is one of the leading factors that determine the result outcome. The main goal was to determine the differences in situation performance of elite volleyball players, and based on this goal, partial goals were formed. A total of 5745 actions were analyzed in a sample of 290 entities in 40 matches of European Golden league for Women in 2019. The set of variables is composed of 8 variables. The first five variables represent performance quality scores, the sixth variable represented performance quality through a coefficient of performance, while the remaining two variables represented playing role and placement. Basic statistical parameters were calculated for all variables that represented the quality of performance. Differences in the coefficients of success were determined by the Mann – Whitney U test. Determing the reliability of the measurement procedure was performed via the test – retest method, where the values of the calculated coefficients indicated high reliability. There was no statistically significant difference in the indicators of performance quality through the coefficient of performance between libero players of four first – placed teams in comparison to libero players of the other teams. Furthermore, by analyzing the differences of other receivers of the league, there is statistically significant difference in performance quality indicators through the coefficient of performance. By analyzing the differences of libero players in comparison to other receivers, statistical significance was no present in the indicators of performance quality through the coefficient of performance.
