Nowadays, we witness a large number of kindergartens in cities. It is almost impossible to pass through a city without spotting at least one kindergarten. There are a large number of children in every kindergarten, be it city, religious or private. A large number of people are responsible for the organization of children's lives within a kindergarten. Educators are the ones who have the most contact with children and they are the main participants in directing their preschool upbringing and education. The primary concern is that every child feels comfortable, safe and free during their stay in kindergarten. It can be noticed that in front of the buildings there are either outdoor playgrounds for children, which are usually fenced off, or large parks with slides, swings or similar play equipment. Many kindergartens also have indoor sports halls where sports activities are held exclusively for children. In addition to educators, kinesiologists also play a direct role in contact with children and their initial guidance in sports. A kinesiologist can implement sports programs with or without the presence of an educator. This is where the approach of the kinesiologist is very important, who must know how to approach children because he introduces them to the wonderful world of activities and sports. In this thesis, we will discuss kinanthropological characteristics (morphological characteristics, motor abilities and functional abilities) and the importance of material working conditions in detail. Material conditions differ from kindergarten to kindergarten. We will explain the key components of children's training and the importance of developing certain abilities. Children's training, aside from all the rules, must be entertaining, with unexpected and funny parts. Children should be occupied the whole time and any distractions should be reduced in order to focus their attention in the desired direction.
