Health today, as in times past, is the most important precondition for all other life achievements, and this is our time for discovering unknowns related to human health. Homeopathy as an alternative medicine, today became the object of public interest, but also of scientific medicine. Although homeopathy is still not known in our country, in the world has a large number of supporters who are adopting this therapy. The laws of homeopathy, an individual approach and remedies, are the foundation of the basic idea that "the same is treated the same." On the basis of the available literature, it reveals that the data are controversial than those who completely reject the effectiveness of homeopathy to the data which are very promising. Given this, and the long experience of the application of this therapy, which is in many western countries accepted as an alternative complement to conventional medicine, it is clear that further and additional research about potential effectiveness of homeopathic remedies is required.
