The topic of this final thesis is the application of business ethics on the example of the company Dračine d.o.o.. The concept of business ethics began to be more intensively introduced into business in the early 60s of the last century. The concept of business ethics ties together the attitude towards employees, the attitude towards customers and care for the environment. The goals that are particularly important for the company's operations today are those related to the building of organizational culture, the relationship with stakeholders, and the relationship with the environment. In the same way, other items of business ethics should not be neglected, and they should also be taken into account. In order for a company to be able to set ethical standards, it is necessary to identify all external and internal elements that affect its business. Given that today´s market is very dynamic, companies conduct analyzes to see the factors that help to notice the changes that the market brings. Putting business ethics into practice requires a constant flow of information to discover the best course of ethical action. Managers use the collected information to anticipate problems that could have an impact on ethical business. This information is also used to set organizational goals, to identify potential risks in time and to develop guidelines to avoid or reduce potential unethical impacts on the company's operations in the future.
