The topic of this thesis is a comparative analysis of selected hotel companies: Plava Laguna d.d., Valamar Riviera d.d., Maistra d.d., Imperial Riviera d.d., and Arena Hospitality Group d.d. The analysis is based on financial statements over a three-year period, from 2021 to 2023. This study thoroughly examines key financial indicators that serve as the foundation for the analysis, including liquidity ratios, debt ratios, activity ratios, profitability ratios, and investment ratios. These indicators are derived from the balance sheet and income statement data, providing a comprehensive insight into the financial status and business performance of the selected companies. In addition to the analysis, the specific indicators for each of the observed companies are explained, along with a concluding assessment of their business performance. This thesis offers a deeper insight into the financial stability and success of the analyzed hotel companies, with an emphasis on identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each entity.
