Social responsibility is defined as the concept by which corporations integrate environmental and social concerns into their business operations and interactions with all parties involved. The concept of CSR can be explained as a concept in which corporations voluntarily contribute to a cleaner environment and a better society with other actors. It is also one of the safest ways to create a positive image in the modern business world and is increasingly the preferred form of business strategy in corporate development. The problem of this final paper is the analysis of corporate social responsibility of corporations on the example of Zagrebačka bank d.d., while the aim was to provide insight into the good sides of applying such a burst in business and to show the connection between the successful business of corporations and the application of the concept of corporate social responsibility. In other words, it emphasizes the positive effects of socially responsible actions, through the engagement of the corporation with the purpose of contributing to the society and raising the market's reputation.
