The aim of this work is to provide insight into investments and investment projects. It is mostly based on the analysis of the liquidity of the investment project, the static method, the financial statements of the project and the financial cash flow of the project. Liquidity is best read through the static method of project appraisal and through the financial cash flow that helps the entrepreneur make the decision to accept and realize the project. However, the static method does not always have to be reliable because it is only for one representative year and is used in the pre-investment study. Since static method are not sufficient evidence of liquidity, we need to define the financial cash flow of the project, which is the best mirror of the project's liquidity. The project's liquidity is also affected by external factors that cannot be predicted in the project's assessment of what is inflation, competition and market impact. The entrepreneur must also take into account bank lending and the ability to repay the borrowed money as this may jeopardize the liquidity of the project. The work analyzes the investment project, prepares the financial statements of the project and develops a static method to determine whether the project is liquid and acceptable.
