Financial statement analysis can be described as the process of applying various analytical tools and techniques by which data from financial statements are converted into usable information relevant to management and decision-making, which are important to company management, potential business partners, banks, government, employees. This final paper will present an analysis of the business of Ad plastik d.d. using horizontal and vertical analysis and, analysis using financial indicators - indicators of liquidity, activit y, indebtedness, profitability and investment. Based on the conducted analysis of the balance sheet, facilities and equipment make up the most significant items of fixed assets, as far as current assets are concerned, the most significant items are inventories and trade receivables. In the structure of liabilities, the most common items are share capital, in the structure of long-term liabilities there are liabilities to banks, and in the structure of short-term liabilities there are liabilities to suppliers.
