Objective: The objective of this paper is to explain the emergencies of the cardiovascular system and point out the importance of early detection and diagnosis. In this segment nurses and technicians play an important role because they spend most of the time with patients. How important is it in due time to spot the disorder, It is as important to do the cardiopulmonary reanimation timely and properly even in defibrillation as it is to spot the disorder timely. Nurses and technicians are necessary to have clinical knowledge and skills that will be improved with time and practice in order to do their job properly. Discussion: As it was mentioned earlier these disorders and syndromes require rapid response of nurses and technicians. They are the first who observe and start the treatment. The term '' treatment '' includes the CPR, airway management (LMA, supraglottic devices, airway, intubation, if necessary, aspiration), defibrillation-proof applied if the rhythm requires (AED, manual defibrillator), establishment of venous access, preparing patients for PCI, etc. It is extremely important to know about monitoring and reading basic ECG well in order to access treatment. All this of course is acquired through experience and training, but underlying all must be clinical knowledge and knowledge of the health care of patients in the intensive care unit. Conclusion: Considering that in the initial moments, when accessing the patient who is in vital danger, in arrest arrhythmias, in CPR and defibrillation-proof applied there is no difference between nurses and technicians and doctors. The common goal is saving the patient's life. In order for this aim to be successful, clinical knowledge and good skills are required. It is therefore extremely important that all nurses and technicians who work in intensive care units are properly and highly educated and trained about all of the new proposals and changes in the treatment and care of vitally endangered patients.
