Fungi of the genus Trichoderma spp. are fungi that are found in almost all soils, and were isolated from forest or agricultural soil. They are a saprophytic and fast-growing fungus. The main components of this research are stem and root length, stem and root mass, stem length and stem mass, root length and root mass, number of leaves on the stem and leaf weight. Considering the excessive use of chemical pesticides and the bad impact on the environment and people, these fungi are completely harmless to the environment and people, and are very effective for stimulating growth and development, strengthening the root system, protecting plants from various fungal and bacterial pathogens, increasing the plant's resistance to stress, so the aim of this research was to determine the morphological characteristics of industrial hemp with the example of the microbiological preparation with Trichoderma spp. under blue and white light in a phytotron over a period of 30 days. In the laboratory at the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences, 12,000 seeds of industrial hemp, variety Fionola, were sown in 12 aluminum containers. Research on the components of industrial hemp differed from each other. In the control treatment, seeds treated with the powder of the microbiological preparation with Trichoderma spp. and soil treated with the powder and liquid of the microbiological preparation with Trichoderma spp., white light had the most significant effect on the morphological characteristics of young industrial hemp plants, except for the number of leaves per plant (6 leaves) where blue light had a significant effect light. The results showed that the influence of the microbiological preparation under the influence of blue and white light has a much greater significance on the length of the stem, root and plant compared to the mass of the root, stem, plant and leaf mass. In addition, the smallest average difference between blue and white light was recorded for the length parameter (1.6 cm) in relation to stem length (5.2 cm) and plant length (6.8 cm), while the average difference for the mass parameter almost insignificant.
