The very introduction of the diploma thesis interprets the administrative procedure, which is regulated by the Law on General Administrative Procedure. During the course of work, the very concept of administrative matter, principles of administrative procedure, administrative matter, and peculiarities and generalities of administrative procedure will be explained. When starting an administrative procedure, it is necessary to determine the administrative matter and determine how and in what manner the administrative matter is resolved. The paper will determine the immediate resolution of an administrative matter and the resolution of an administrative matter by examination procedure, oral discussion, as well as the procedure for making a decision. An appeal will be interpreted as a regular legal remedy, the procedure and powers of the first-instance body in connection with the appeal, as well as the procedure and powers of the second-instance body in connection with the appeal.
