Unutar tog sustava, eminentnu ulogu ima suradnja škole s obitelji, odnosno suradnja školskog stručnog tima i obitelji. Timskim radom, multidisciplinarnim pristupom te različitim metodama i strategijama, stručni tim škole pridonosi dobrobiti djeteta te se njegova uloga vidi u pružanju podrške obitelji i integriranju iste unutar zajednice. ... Više međuresorne suradnje te prelijevanjem uloga unutar stručnog tima. Stoga dolazi do konfuzije uloga i mogućnosti sagorijevanja stručnih suradnika, a kompleksnost suvremenog doba i rada s obitelji donosi nove izazove. Uzimajući to u obzir, javlja se potreba za zapošljavanjem dodatnog stručnog kadra unutar školskog stručnog tima te se uočava potreba za uvođenjem socijalnog radnika u odgojno – obrazovni sustav. Služeći se pristupom ekološko sustavne teorije i pregledom domaćih te međunarodnih istraživanja, u radu se analiziraju rezultati 10 polustrukturiranih intervjua sa stručnim suradnicima koji rade u stručnim timovima osnovnih škola na području Osječko – baranjske, Požeško – slavonske te Virovitičko – podravske županije unutar Republike Hrvatske. Cilj je utvrditi postoje li dodatne potrebe stručnih timova za uspješniji rad s obitelji kada je to potrebno te prikupiti spoznaje o načinu i vrstama podrške obiteljima koju pružaju stručni timovi škole. Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju da stručni timovi podršku obitelji većinski pružaju putem individualnih savjetodavnih razgovora, psihološkom potporom te upućivanjem obitelji drugim institucijama. Rezultati ukazuju na potrebu za dodatnim stručnim kadrom, educiranjem o radu s obitelji, mogućnosti odlaska u obitelj, uključivanjem socijalnog radnika u školu, boljom međuresornom suradnjom, supervizijom te cjeloživotnim obrazovanjem i usavršavanjem. Zaključuje se da je nužno djelovati u dobrobit djeteta i obitelji, stoga su neophodne sustavne promjene, unutar mikro, mezo i makro razine sustava. ... Više its integration into the community. However, some discrepancies occur due to ineffective interdepartmental collaboration and the overlapping of roles within the professional team. This leads to role confusion and the possibility of burnout among professionals, and the complexity of modern times and working with families brings new challenges. In light of this, it is necessary to recruit additional specialist staff within the school's professional team and introduce a social worker into the education system. Using the approach of ecological systems theory and a review of national and international research, the paper analyzes the results of 10 semi-structured interviews with professionals working in professional teams of primary schools in the area of Osijek - Baranja, Požega - Slavonia and Virovitica - Podravina counties in the Republic of Croatia. The aim is to determine whether there are any additional needs of professional teams for more successful work with families and to gather knowledge about the methods and types of support for families offered by professional teams in schools. The results show that the professional teams support families mainly through individual counseling sessions, psychological support and referral of families to other institutions. The results show that additional professional staff, training for working with families, the possibility to go to families, the involvement of a social worker in the school, better interdepartmental cooperation, supervision and lifelong education and training are needed. It is concluded that it is necessary to act in the best interest of the child and the family. Therefore, systemic changes are needed at the micro, meso and macro levels of the system.
