Civil servants' official or official relations have certain characteristics that make them different from the regular employment relationships. Civil service reception, rights, obligations of civil servants and the termination of civil service were precisely defined by the civil service acts, irrespective of whether it was by force of law or by leaving the civil service. With the Civil Service Act, as well as the Labor Law, most rights and obligations of civil servants are defined. In addition to the aforementioned laws, official relations are also defined by other legal and subordinate legal acts, and that makes facilitation of the proper application of official rightseasily as possible. The features defined by the official relationship differ from standard working relationships, but because of that they make it much more responsible. Reception in the civil service, when employing a civil servant, the procedure from testing to selection must be followed. Also, in case of the termination of a civil or state body in official relations, civil servants are made available to the Government, while in the employment relationship with the termination of a particular company the employment of a worker from that company ceases, and there is no option available for him to goand work for another company. Although official relationships are much "stricter" and more complicated than employment relationships, they in some way have certain opportunities that are not possiblewithin a standard working relationship. Civil servants who are responsible to the head of a state body in which they are employed, or who have a more precise official relationship on the basis of the given rights and powers, are obliged to perform the civil service in accordance with the laws and by-laws that regulate them.
