The verdict ends the civil proceedings and the court decides with it on the request concerning the main matter and secondary requests. The judgment decides on the merits of the claim, and it approves or rejects the claim. The judgment is rendered in civil proceedings. Judgments in civil proceedings are divided into 3 basic categories : With regard to the content of the legal protection they provide - declaratory ones, which determine the content of legal relations, then condemnatory ones, which condemn the defendant to suffer something in favor of the plaintiff, do or omit and constitutive ones by which existing legal relations are abolished or modified. With regard to the part of the claim that is being decided - the complete judgments that decide finally on all outstanding claims, partial, which finally decide on only some of the highlighted requests, supplementary verdicts, which are subsequently decided on requests that the court failed to decide and interim ruling which decide only on the merits of the basis of the claim. With regard to the procedure that preceded the passing of the judgment, a judgment on the basis of admission, judgments based on waiver, judgments given by default, judgment without an oral hearing.
