The topic of this graduate thesis is the development of a concept of an energy system for a tourist campsite. The system is designed considering the fact that the campsite must be of zero net energy consumption. The campsite uses the HEP PRO red tariff model. Electric energy is used for heating, cooling, heating of domestic hot water, public lighting and certain domestic needs. The domestic hot water heating, cooling and preparation systems consist of four heat pumps, eight domestic hot water tanks, 102 m2 plate solar collectors, 140 air conditioners and one electric heater. „On grid” photovoltaic system was selected for these purposes. The electricity network serves to store the surplus of produced electric energy. The analysis shows that the peak power of the photovoltaic system is 424 kW, and it produces 564.767 kWh / year of electric energy. The photovoltaic system is set up at three locations on the campsite, each close to one of the sanitary facilities. A total of 1.631 photovoltaic modules and 13 photovoltaic inverters are planned to convert DC to AC. The photovoltaic module's inclination is 35˚, while the south deviation is 0˚. At the end of this thesis, the profitability of the entire investment was verified. The return on investment period is 11 years. In case of the introduction of the "net metering" concept for the category of entrepreneurship, the return on investment would be after nine and a half years.
