The task of this work was to design the heating system of the building as efficiently as possible, ie by using energy-efficient systems. In the first part of the work, there is a brief description of how the heat losses of the building are calculated. All the terms needed for the calculation are listed and all required charts are given. In the second part of the work, the heating elements of the housing units are selected. Brief description of the system is given, as well as the mode of operation for the underfloor heating and how the heating loop is dimensioned. There is also a description on how to install a floor heating pipe, and how to install a cement glaze. Apart from underfloor heating, fan coils and bathroom radiators are used as heating elements, so there is a short description of them as well. In the third part, the heat pump is defined as the source of heat. The way in which the heat pump is selected is given. For the selected heat pump, the diagram showing outdoor air temperature and power dependency is shown. The fourth part of the work involves dimensioning the pipeline, selecting a circulation pump, an accumulation tank and an expansion tank. In the charts, pressure drops, water flows and dimensions of the pipeline for critical heating elements are given. Based on that, a circulation pump is selected for which the characteristics diagram is given. All the terms required to calculate the volume of the expansion tank are also given. At the end of the work, hot water supply preparation method is briefly described. The terms required to dimension the tank are given and the tank is shown in the picture.
