In this paper some of the wave energy converters that are important for the development of these systems are listed. The energy of the wave energy is based on the fact that there are many ways to collect their energy. Some hydrostatic drive systems of the inverters have been analyzed and their working principle was presented. One of these systems is the Wavestar, which is now one of the leading wave energy converters for power and efficiency, and shows good potential for future development of the use of this energy source. This system was analyzed more in detail and based on its construction a new system was created whose numerical model was created as part of the work. The goal is to create a power system of 750 kW. Simulation results are satisfactory. From the regular wave motion the ultimate speed of rotation at the electric generator was finally obtained. In order to achieve this, PID regulator management was used which proved to be the optimal solution. A passive hydrostatic drive system was used, such as the one that proved to be good in the Pelamis system, while the absorber and the rest of the system were designed on a Wavestar model. By simulation it is desired to show the operation of the system as a Wavestar derivative, simpler with ordinary cylinders instead of DDC, which should contribute to lowering the cost of system design. By simulation, the total power for the electricity network was about 750 kW, which was the task of this work.
