This I.ST DEGREE THESIS deals with“ TECHNOLOGY OF THE SPETIALIZED CONTAINER PRODUCTION“. Specialized container s are used as a storage for the telecommunication equipment, process equipment in the field of the research on the oil fields, for the electro energy production plants, for different aggregates, for the measuring and regulation equipment, transforming stations , pumping aggregates, gas analyzing equipment and so on. Through connecting of two or more containers, the modular objects are produced. The purpose of this modular objects could be the living objects, the kindergartens, police stations, schools, research centers . . . Construction, production, equipping and assembling of this product has been done in the company „Jedinstvo inc.“ – Krapina. In these Theses the technology of production is described, as well as the definition of the production material used for the special containers production. Due to specific demand to the container floor load, the calculation has been performed for the increasing the specific load through inserting the iron profiles grid, produced through the technology of deforming. Weld ability is one of the mayor technology characteristics of the supporting construction steel. The welded junctions have to be recorded and controlled during all production phases. The big mass and big dimensions of the products (even up to 12192 x 2438 x 3238) demands the complexity in the production, as well as in the turning on or in the transportation, so the crane lifts must be used. Connection of the floor and vertical carriers is done through auricle, at the same way as at the connection of the containers at the modular building. The container sides walls are produced out of the prefabricated panels filled by polyurethane, or are produced out of the sheet metal, filled up with Styrofoam or mineral wool. It depends on the buyers demand, and has the influence to the production price.
