The problem of development of inguinal hernia is based on anatomy of pelvis. Inguinal hernias are appeared more often at the people with tall anterior inguinal arch, apart if they are united with other etiologically factors (physically work, age, sex). Based on this fact, in the people with tall anterior inguinaly arch the inguinal area is vertically elongated, musculares and connective tissue are stretched, sparingly developed and very often incompletely covered region of inguinal canal. That defective inguinal canal is shorter and wider so deep and internal inguinal ring are bring closer, wide and insufficient bordered connective tissues. People with low laid anterior inguinaly arch inguinal area is elongated, inguinal canal is long and narrow, with strong walls, and his inguinal rings are small and bordered with supporting tissues. Inguinal hernia are more often appeared in picnic or astenic man older than 40 years, in whose family are early noticed appearing of hernia and in the people who have increased physically efforts. The therapy is based on classically surgical treatments, but also on new less traumatically methods. Classically surgical treatments causes the recidive more often and the recover of the patient takes more time. The possibility of the recidive is less expected using tension free surgical treatment. Laparoscopic treatments made less time spent in hospital, reduced pain and made recover and reintegration to the regular life activities faster
