Sažetak | Cilj istraživanja: Cilj istraživanja bio je mjeriti i analizirati vertikalnu silu i okretni
moment tijekom kemomehaničke obrade korijenskog kanala kod ručne i strojne
ProTaper, ProFile, step-back i Endo-Eze tehnike do promjera otvora 0,25mm, te
analizirati utjecaj dobivenog opterećenja na nastanak vertikalne frakture korijena
(VFK). Analizirano je i vrijeme instrumentacije.
Materijal i metode: Istraživanje je provedeno na 100 izvađenih jednokorijenskih
ljudskih zubi s ravnim kanalom. Podijeljeni su u 5 grupa, 20 u svakoj. Mjerenje
ProTaper 4,92 N i 13,14 Nmm; ručnih ProTaper 6,94 N i 12,03 Nmm; ProFile 5,13 N
i 15,43 Nmm; step-back 4,45 i 2,62 Nmm; Endo-Eze 4,24 N i 1,52 Nmm. Navedene
maksimalne sile nisu izazvale nastanak VFK. Maksimalna vrijednost vremena
instrumentacije iznosila je kod: strojnih ProTaper 4,54 min; ručnih ProTaper 8,01
min; ProFile 6,05 min; step-back 13,85 min; Endo-Eze 8,01 min.
Zaključci: Vrijednosti vertikalne sile i okretnog momenta tijekom kemomehaničke
obrade korijenskog kanala, strojnom i ručnom ProTaper, ProFile, step-back i Endo-
Eze tehnikom do promjera 0,25 mm na apeksu, nisu izazvale nastanak vertikalne
frakture korijena.
Sila i moment ovise o povećanju kontaktne površine instrumenta i dentina,
instrumentacijskoj tehnici i pokretima instrumenta. Vrijeme instrumentacije kraće je
kod strojnih instrumenata. |
Sažetak (engleski) | Objectives: The purpose was to measure and analyze the vertical force and torque
developed in the root canal systems during mechanical preparation using rotary and
hand ProTaper, ProFile, step-back and Endo-Eze instrumentation technique. The
influence of the vertical force and torque to orginate vertical root fractures was also
analysed. Preparation time was also mesured and analysed.
Material and Methods: One hindered extracted human teeth with straight canals were
divided in five groups, twenty in each. The root canals are prepared using different
hand and rotary instruments. Measurements of the force and torque were done by a
device constructed for this purpose. Differences between the groups were statistically
analyzed by Mann-Whitney U–test with the significance level set to P<0.05.
Results: The maximal values of vertical force and torque was for: rotary ProTaper
4,92 N and 13,14 Nmm; hand ProTaper 6,94 N and12,03 Nmm; ProFile 5,13 N and
15,43 Nmm; step-back 4,45 and 2,62 Nmm; Endo-Eze 4,24 N and 1,52 Nmm.
Vertical root fractures was not observe. The maximal values of instrumentation time
was for: ProTaper 4,54 min; hand ProTaper 8,01 min; ProFile 6,05 min; step-back
13,85 min; Endo-Eze 8,01 min.
Conclusion: During instrumentation no vertical root fractured were observe in any of
the instrumentation techniques. Values of vertical force and torque vary depending of
the instrumentation technique and the size of the contact area between the tooth and
the instrument. The time for instrumentation was lower in rotary instrumentation
techniques. |
