In preschool children learn many things through playing that will be useful to them later in life. Today, when most children sit in front of TV screens or games, it is very important to point out to them from an early age the need for kinesiological activities and the need to move. Through various elementary games, children make friends, learn that social relationships are important, and also adopt some behavioral norms. In everyday relationships with a different group, they realize very early on that there are behavioral norms that are acceptable and others unacceptable. It is important that the game is adapted to children's age. Therefore, the youngest should start with the simplest elements. As we grow older, we need to expand the way we playing so that games become more complex and age-appropriate. By developing the complexity of the elements of the game, the child increases his psychophysical and motor abilities, and in this way comes to new knowledge about himself and the world around him. The game suggests to them that it is not important to be first but it is important to participate, the more they move, the healthier and happier they will be, and ultimately this way of thinking is also important for their future life. Reading various articles and literature on the topic of leisure time playing for preschool children, I came to the conclusion that playing is one of the most important elements, and is a fundamental activity with which preschool children fulfill their time, grow up and develop. As an educator, I should encourage children to a kinesiological activity that children should accept as fun and entertainment. to move will prevent them from a “sedentary” lifestyle and make their lives much easier.
