Combining dance, music and fine arts is stimulating on the development of craftmanship and creativity of preschool children. Dancing is one of the most natural activities for children, which contributes to their overall development and allows them to freely express their thoughts and feelings. Music, like dance, stimulates a variety of emotions, and most often serves as a strong stimulus to positive emotions. The value of children's artistic expression lies in discovering their own potential, researching art tehniques and materials, as well as in the ability to express their thoughts, feelings and experiences. The aim of this paper was to examine how preschool children express their experience of dance through art tehniques of drawing, modeling and painting. In addition, the aim of the research was to determine which of to offered art techniques children prefer, ie. the extent to which children opt for certain techniques, and what is the influence of music in expressing art experiences dance. The children expressed their experience of dancing by drawing with colored markers, modeling with clay, modeling with soft aluminum foil and painting with water colors while listening to music of different tempos. The research was conducted in January 2019, on a sample of 14 preschool children in one of the kindergartens of the City of Zagreb. The analysis of the works concluded that children successfully express their inner experience of dance through all of the offered art techniques. The results of this research showed that a smaller number of children opt for drawing techniques, followed by sculptural modeling tehniques with clay and aluminum foil, while all children, who form a sample of this study, are included in the painting tehnique. It has also been found that music has a great influence on the complete experience of dance and in the artistic expression of children.
