The inclusion of children with disabilities in regular educational programmes is something that every educational worker should strive for. Although the process itself can be very demanding, it brings great benefits. Not only for children with disabilities, but also for other children, educators, professional assoicuates and other employees of the institution. What is extremely important is that children with disabilities be included in the process of physical exercise, regardless of their difficulty. Educators, rehabilitators and kinesiologists are the people who can make it possible for them. When conducting the process of physical exercise with children with disabilities, it is important to keep in mind that each child is individual for himself, with his needs, abilities and desires. Guided by the principle of individuality, educators are able to create a customized physical exercise program for children with disabilities. But is it always possible? This paper presents the opinion of a certain sample of educators on the implementation of the process of physical exercise with children with disabilities. The obstacles that educators consider to be difficult for them to carry out the process itself are listed, as well as the self-assessment of the educator's readiness to carry out the process itself. Also, the survey questionnaire included a certain sample of parents of children with disabilities who expressed their opinion on the benefits and positive impact of the excersice process on children with disabilities.
