The paper presents the development of childhood and pre-school childhood creativity, the importance of free choice and encouragement of creative expression of ideas, experiences and emotions in a number of artistic areas. Creativity is the ability and potential that each child possesses, and the art of language is inherent in the ability to express - communicate and shape. The child is a full being, and every conceived child and the appropriate influence must be based on the knowledge of the child's development, enabling him to know what to support and encourage and to expect at a certain age of the child. The paper gives an overview of the stage of the creative process and the development of the child's artistic creation and the formation of different materials and techniques. The aim of the research was to stimulate and develop creative and artistic competences with the support of the child's interest in the offered incentives and to encourage the freedom of expression of the child, his spontaneity in creating new techniques, originality and imagination in creating new and unusual. The child has a hundred languages or ways of expression and the environment in which the child lives and works depends on how much "language" will develop and how it is important for the educator to recognize divergent behaviors and activities of children, creating conditions for their further development (Miljak , 1996, according to Malaguzzi 1987).
