Just as it is important in everyday life, ethics are also of utmost importance in business. The pillar of every company should be moral and socially responsible business. Given that there is no ideal way of structuring a company, it is important that it has quality management. In order for employees to be motivated and business goals to be achieved, company leadership is key. Leadership is one of the fundamental activities of management, but the most influential on the working atmosphere and behavior of employees. A key role in leadership is played by the leader, who must have the knowledge and skills to direct and motivate other employees to perform work tasks.
