The topic of final work is organization of procurement process in the company Labor d.o.o. which is engaged in the production and sale of furniture. The work consists of five thematic units. The second chapter of final work deals with the term and business function of procurement, its objectives and procurement policy as well as elements of procurement process. The third chapter deals with the organization of the procurement process activities, the organizational structure of procurement and elaborated forms of organizational procurement structure. In the fourth chapter, an analysis of the procurement system of the company Labor d.o.o., the profile of the company, the activities and the products of the company was performed and the organization of the procurement process was presented. The fifth chapter refers to the proposal for an improvement of the system where, following an analysis of the existing procurement system and the discovery of shortcomings in the aforementioned possibility, the improvement of the procurement system itself, as well as advantages and disadvantages. In the last chapter on the basis of research and data collected, the conclusion was made.
