The second half of 18th century is one of the most important civilization development period. This is the time when the first Industrial Revolution took its place and people went from hand production methods to steam machines. In the mid 20th century handwork was replaced by computers. The technology development has been growing ever since. Today, this growth is visible in the presence and using of the computer in everyday business and private life. Information technology includes any information transfer. As far as the communication process is concerned, it means transferring information from one point and its projection to another. Beginning of ICT dates back to the first half of 20th century (telephone, radio, television and telegraphic invention), but ICT was highlighted years after the Second World War when the first computers appeared on the market. The ICT usage in the kindergarten is inevitable, necessary and desirable. Many authors mentioned in this work write in addition to that and state their own researches. Each of them points out the importance of limitation and usage control of ICT, so it could not be excessively used and brought to negative sides of that use.
