„The project of energy renovation of a non-residential building“ is the topic of the Final Paper in which the energy audit of the building of the Kindergarten „Cipelica“ in Čakovec provides the data necessary for the energy certificate of anexisting building before renovation using the program „KI Exper Plus“. After making the energy certificate and determining the energy properties of the building according to which the building is classified as needed 𝑄𝐻,𝑛𝑑,𝑟𝑒𝑓’’, in energy class "C" and energy class "E" as needed 𝐸𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑚, a proposal for energy renovation measures is proposed until the nZEB building standard is reached. Economic and environmental analysis leads to the assessment of the amount of investment of the proposed energy renewal measures, JPP investment and energy savings after their application, and to the amount of reduction of CO2 emitted into the environment. We adopt and introduce the proposed energy renovation measures in the budget with the "KI Epert Plus" program and obtain an energy certificate after energy renovation, according to which the building after energy renovation is classified as needed 𝐸𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑚 in energy class "B" and energy class "A +" as needed 𝐸𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑚.
