Women's prose in Russia approached certain taboo topics by establishing dialogue with the spirit of time and personal past. The aim of the thesis was to recognize the phenomenon of women's everyday life through nostalgically established connection and the transforming experience of the author's novel. Analyzing the novel I came to the conclusion that the key elements which formed the phenomena of everyday, concerning communal apartment, social and cultural context, gender status, dynamics of communal housing, as well as physical limitations, pathology in relations, motherhood, life and death, reflect through suffering, dying and transformation of the characters, including the timeless phenomenon with which literature provokes women's experience. The layers of meaning of everyday experience are shown through nostalgic regeneration and restructuring within the novel, while the novel itself was created by establishing connection with the past. Pathologic relations show spatial and temporal dynamics manifested on the levels of physicality, motherhood, suffering, and transformation of the experience of one's own language and literature. Conditioning the formation of relationships within the communal dwelling, cultural and social context imposed gender roles on men and women, but also led to the existing phenomenon enabling us to shift the boundaries of our own reality and literary experience. The result of these changes is the phenomenon of everyday life exposed in women's literature.
