The quality is crucial for successful business of every company. It is also the key to being different and competitive. Namely, in today's fast-paced world, full of numerous products or services, where everyone offers the same or similar products or services, it is important to choose product that meets all our requirements or service which we will be fully satisfied whit. In line with the great business development of entrepreneurship and especially tourism development, there are changes in current offer and ways of business. Requests to offer a particular product or service are constantly increasing, overall business and development philosophy of tourism is fully oriented towards tourists and meeting their expectations and needs. In hotel industry, economic acitivity which aims to provide accommodation and other services to its guests, it is necessary to constantly work on the quality of service. Hotel industry is entirely focused on the individual to whom is extremely important whether, for example, the quality of the accommodation service he/she receives is good or not. The aim of this paper is to present and explain the quality management systems that are being introduced in the hotel industry.
