The final paper deals with the topic of business communication in non-profit organizations. The goal of this paper is to determine the importance and function that business communication has in the daily activities of non-profit organizations. The paper has been divided into three main parts. In the first part, ie the chapter, the concept of non-profit organizations and their various forms is defined. The reason for the establishment of such, their way and goals of business and the role and obligations they have towards the society within which they operate were observed. The second chapter analyzes the key characteristics of organizational business communication. The general value of information for business and communications is pointed out as the most important tool for the timely and precise transmission of such information. The function of internal communication of the organization as a factor of formal and informal relations of employees and their superiors within the organizational structure, but also as a potentially extremely useful tool for increasing the work efficiency of these employees, is also observed. The external communication of the organization and the importance of its existence due to maintaining long-term relationships with the business environment of the organization were also analyzed. The third part analyzed the role and characteristics of a business organization in the work of non-profit organizations. This chapter outlines the process by which nonprofits determine their stakeholders and business environment, and the communication tools and methods they use to enter into a new or maintain an existing relationship with the same environment. As a means of communicating with clients, marketing communication of non-profit organizations is highlighted, which enables them to distribute their services and inform clients or draw their attention to certain social problems. Finally, the necessity of applying socially responsible business through communication activities as a confirmation of the social benefit of non-profit organizations was determined.
