Today a massive number of people suffer from any kind of muscular-bone disease. So is the painfull syndrome of neck with back-pain most common. For main cause it is thought to be our express way of life, people are physicaly inactive, massive number of people are spending too much time infront of computer in incorrect sitting position which leads to neck pain. Pain is the first symptome which occurs and the main reason people are searching for help. Pain is present in cervical spine area which can be spreaded towards the head and one or both hands. Treatment depends of diagnose and clinical picture of syndrome. To set the right physiotherapy diagnosis it is most important physiotherapy assessment. Pain is evaluated, extent of movement in cervical spine area, muscle strength. After evaluation pyhsiotherapy intervention is carried out consisting of manually techniques such as PNF, Cyriax, Mülligan, McKenzie concept, different types of massages, further therapeutic exercises are carried out applying TENS and ultrasound. Education of patients needs to be carried out in order to make life easier and to prevent further occurrence of neck pain. The main objective of this work is to show possibilities of neck pain treatment.
