The topic of this paper is the analysis of non-verbal communication on the example of princess Diana. Throughout the paper we will introduce the definition of communication in general and divide it into verbal and non-verbal communication. We will pay more attention to non-verbal communication as a useful tool that helps us read the messages that people send us through non-verbal communication. We will define body language and also refer to mimicry as an equally important part of non-verbal communication. Non-verbal communicationas are most often unaware of us. We communicate unplanned and often do not think about body position or facial expression when we communicating with another person. This can lead to a misunderstood message if person do not understands our non-verbal communication. For example, it is not good look around the room when you are at job intervju. Why? The answer is very simple. The person interviewing you will get the impression that you are bored and that you do not really want to be here because you are not interested in the job. Therefore, it is equally importan that we speak verbally and non-verbally demonstrate. By analyzing the princess Diana's pictures, we will find out which messages she sent to the public before marriage, during turbulent relationshim whit princ Charles, which messages she sent when she became a mother and what impression she made in public as a humanitarian. Princes Diana is the example of a young woman who had to learn to communiacte verbally and non-verbally in a short amount of time. After all she is example of a woman who gave her voice to pepole who did not have one.
