This paper points to the importance of quality organization preparation and the people who are doing it for the purpose of implementing organizational changes to minimize the stresses of employees and to increase the likelihood of success in their implementation. Changes are a complex process that requires creative approach and careful planning in which the greatest role and responsibility is on the managers. Involving the employees in all stages of organizational change will eliminate their resistance, increase the sense of importance and responsibility by participating and contributing to the successful implementation of changes. Stress is a disease of the new age and education and prevention are essential steps in eliminating stress as a cause of failure in organizational changes, but also far-reaching consequences that stress has for individual and the organization in which he works. Quality stress management will result in maintaining a level of stress that promotes creativity and competitiveness. Public institution Plitvice Lakes National Park is an example of an employer who has great potential to eliminate stress caused by organizational changes in a way that will positively affect both the employees and the successful business through meaningful work organization and high quality communication, thereby making the most out of the potential of its geographic position from which the Institution will prosper, and therfore its employees too.
