Sažetak | Da bi neka turistička destinacija privukla gosta potrebno je upoznati njegovo ponašanje, te spoznati njegove motive, potrebe, želje i očekivanja. Ako se gost zainteresirao važno je kako će reagirati na poticaj i o čemu će ovisiti njegov proces odlučivanja. Na ponašanje turista pri izboru turističke destinacije utječu brojni čimbenici razvrstani u četiri skupine: kulturni, društveni, osobni, te psihološki čimbenici. Proučavanje ponašanja potrošača je vrlo važno za daljnji razvoj proizvoda i usluga. Vrlo važnu ulogu ima informacijski sustav preko kojeg se otkrivaju najvažniji podaci o gostima, kao što su gosti do sada kupovali i koristili, dob, spol, zanimanje, koji su njihovi motivi, interesi, stavovi, očekivanja i sl., a sam gost ima priliku postavljati pitanja i dobiti odgovore na ista, te dati svoje osobno mišljenje o zadovoljstvu proizvodom ili uslugom. Različiti oblici turizma privlače i različite potrošače. Danas se sve više ljudi vraća izvornom tradicijskom načinu prezentiranja hrane i pića gdje se Hrvatska odlično snalazi, za razliku od elitnog turizma koji zahtjeva velike zahvate i ulaganja, i uz to ne nailazi na odobravanja domaćih ljudi. |

Today, more and more people are returning to the original traditional way of presenting food and drinks, where Croatia is doing great, unlike elite tourism, which requires large interventions and investments, and at the same time does not meet with the approval of local people. |
